That is one bulging diaper. Looks as if she has a floaty spare tire in there, like small kids have for swimming.
ANd she doesn’t mention that “not so fluffy” translates in reality to hard as a rock. It’s just like 20 pairs of panties with a few towels included here and there. It’s not even that absorbent.
