Looking at You

1. Have you ever looked at something so long that you realized what seemed like a good idea at the time, really just grates on your nerves? The theme for the site will be changing after this post.

Why There Are Rules

There are rules on the names of files so that given the name of a picture, I will know what is contains and that the various versions of that picture will all be of the same content. Which is why I get extremely frustrated when the rules are flaunted.

[Pieclown][], your next task is to explain why some of the pictures from February 26, 2008 have duplicated names. I expect a suitable explanation and the problems to be fixed.

A Rules Based Culture

In looking at the recent client posts, I realize that I haven’t done a good job in making all of the rules that must be followed on the site all that clear. That will be rectified soon. In addition to the existing rules, I am adding a new one to help ensure that assignments and punishment are completed in a timely manner: “Treatments”.

There are now four types of objectives that may be given to a client:

* **Assignment** is the default type of objective given to a client in order to train them in our methods. It will usually involve dressing, bondage and humiliation.
* **Punishment** is a stronger form of an assignment, usually reserved for when clients break the rules or otherwise perform poorly. It will usually involve stricter (or longer) dressing, tighter bondage and greater humiliation.
* **Treatment** is a requirement that a client brings on herself for failure to promptly complete assignments and punishments. It will involve dressing full time.
* **Task** is similar to an assignment, but doesn’t involve training. It could be better described as administrative.

Treatments begin the same day that an assignment is made (or punishment given) and continue until completion. On the given day you must start wearing the prescribed daytime item under your normal clothes, and substitute your nighttime clothing for what is given. All clothing is additive, (Example: On day 10 you will be wearing what was already assigned for days 4 and 7, plus what is new for day 10.)

When the results of the assignment are posted, there will be a section at the end for treatments required. You will post a thumbnail showing each treatment with a note stating “I chose this treatment by failing to finish in a timely manner.”

Note that the treatment schedule is subject to change and may be modified at the whim of any of The Ladies, or at the request of a client. Failure to keep track of the current rules does not exempt you from following them.

A New Nightie

Soon after [Stacee Skye][] got home, I had her pop in some forms and try on her new nightie from Mistress M. I think she turned out pretty cute in it and depending on how Mistress M likes it, she may be seeing a lot more of it.

When I left [Stacee Skye][] for bed, I just left her in the nightie and nothing else–I didn’t want her to have too rough of a night. Since she slept well, I think maybe the next time she should put on a bra and panties and hose and a corset and ankle cuffs and…

She’s Late

[Stacee Skye][] is late. How late? I have no idea. Apparently having Mistress M dress her before she left wasn’t enough incentive to get her here on time. So she will be well punished when she finally gets here–then the training can begin. I think I’ll use a modified version of my traveling dress for her (including some of the punishment items). She will be punished in this method for the square of the number of minutes she was late. So if she is fifteen minutes late, each minute will cost her 15 minutes for a total of 225 minutes (Three hours, forty-five minutes). A half hour past due and she will be in for 15 hours straight. She had better hope she gets here soon.

**Update:** [Stacee Skye][] finally got here at 5:21, 21 minutes late. Since I was feeling generous, I credited her with one minute for stopping to get the mail, one minute for picking up the paper, and three minutes for being thoughtful and bringing me a gift that will help her punishment get started immediately. Still, four hours, sixteen minutes will be a very, very long time.

Farewell to Arms

If you have problems with your sissy putting her hands right in front of the paddle and don’t want to bother with hold them away yourself, you can try this little trick: take an extra pair of ankle cuffs and put on on each arm, just above the elbow. Clip each wrist to the opposite elbow, and she won’t try to block anything. She won’t even be able to push herself up off the couch you bent her over.

Getting Hosed

Well, I can see that [Pieclown][] has at least started on fixing the problems from last time. (She logged on and updated the first part of her post less than an hour after I posted the initial grade.) Unfortunately, she doesn’t appear to be anywhere close to finishing her remedial assignment, so starting Monday the 12th, she will be wearing pantyhose any time she is wearing panties. If the assignment isn’t finished, the clothes will continue to pile on.

Oh yeah, I should also mention that enforcement will be stepped up on the “acknowledgment rule”. Anytime an assignment is given, a punishment is noted, or grade is bestowed, that action shall be acknowledged and accepted in the same manner as originally sent. (If it is given in email, reply via email. If it is posted here, reply with a comment.) It shall also be completed as soon as possible, but no later than the *first* time it is seen by the client.

While I wish everyone a Merry Christmas, I hope that the holiday glow lasts in the cheeks of [Pieclown][] and [Stacee Skye][] though the month of January. This assignment is being given to both of them and is due to be completed by the end of January: you are to have someone paddle you like you in a skirt and high heels.

* The length of the punishment is up to the person doing the paddling.
* The implement used is up to the person doing the paddling. You are to offer all that you have at your disposal for them to pick from.
* Bondage during the paddling is up to the person performing it, though you are required to let them know it is highly encouraged.
* You must request that they take pictures.
* If asked if you have “had enough”, you must reply “No” or “Only if you think I have had enough”
* When the punishment is over, you must thank them in whatever manner they wish.
* You must make a post about your punishment.
* You must ask them how soon they would like to repeat the punishment. This entire scenario is to be repeated as many times as they would like by the end of January.

Let’s hope that they don’t want to repeat it everyday….

Only Crackle and Pop

Last Christmas Day I wrote to [Pieclown][], “Due to a medical issue that I am again dealing with, responses and assignment gradings will likely be delayed” and I didn’t make [my next post][1] till the end of January. I am not planning to have as much of a work stoppage this year, but as the season rolls around I am again fighting a bout with depression.

So I am writing a few posts early, so if I can’t get to them later, it won’t be as noticeable.

And I am trying not to snap.

Responsibilities of Authors

I thought I wouldn’t have to remind the clients that have been given special posting privileges that they are not to try to read what they don’t have access to, but alas I must. Any other attempts to circumvent the access controls will result in account revocation–which may happen anyway if an apology is not posted in the comments. Soon.

Curiosity and Pieclown

Apparently, when she was wandering through the admin area, looking for things she couldn’t do, [Pieclown][] ran across a couple of draft posts that she just had to know about:
