I was require for this assignment to act as the president of an alien race of humanoids set on enslaving the earth. I was to have a lingerie shoot showing off your buxom, but oddly colored, human form which every newspaper will want to run and then meet up with others from your invasion at the largest halloween party in the world (where you will all blend right in).

Mistress Katzenburg has issued her first assignment for the new year to me. I am will be dressing up as the hung-over housewife, alone and in bed late into New Years Day.
When [Mistress Katzenburg](http://institute.cdpunishment.com) gave the assignment of [Dusting Off](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2010/06/dusting_off) she let us there would be a [poll](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2010/06/dusting_off_the_polling_booth) to see who did it the best. The winner would not have to do the next [assignment](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2010/06/sorority_bitches). I was not the winner so had to participate in seven of the nineteen activities, spread over the four sections. One from each section.
When Mistress Katzenburg issued the assignment for Dusting Off The Institute for Cross-Dressing Punishment. I knew not to just post the photo from an [earlier assignment](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2008/03/pieclown_replication-2).
I would need a new picture.
I received an email Tuesday October 27, 2009 from Mistress Amber Shummer. This is an exert from the email.
Since it is Halloween, it is time for some dress up with the following assignments.
pie clown – Something creative (anything but a clown)
Notes:
* No masks are allowed
* Costumes should be as creative, yet as uncomfortable as possible.

Mistress Amber has given me an assignment to help celebrate our freedom. I was to get dressed up nicely, in tight fitting white clothing.
I was then to pop my left breast form to show it was filled with a red liquid, smash a white whipped cream pie in my face, and finally pop my right breast form to show it was filled with blue liquid. Before I did this I needed to be tightly packaged below the waist. This was to remind me that freedom IS NOT FREE.

has me paying for not doing all my [treatments](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2009/01/pieclownatonement_bra_show). I am to wear panties and a bra, every day until I get this done. I was to add panty hose on Monday, and girdle on Wednesday, if I did not post all four punishments. Me and my clown ways screwed up and thought if I started on time would not do this. Well if I had started on time and did it everyday I would b done before I need to add more clothing.

I was to add panty hose on Monday, but I misinterpreted Mistress Amber’s instructions. She said if I started Thursday, I would not need to add any more clothes. Had I done everyday since Thursday, I would have been done on Sunday and not needed extra clothes. Well here is what I did wear.

Pieclown could not believe he was doing this. The recent winner of the power ball was going to do something out of the ordinary. He was driving to meet his mistress. Not some 20 something hottie, but a woman that would put him through the ringer. Amber Shummer was this woman. Pieclown had met her a few years back, on the web site Institute of Crossdresser Punishment. She was in charge there and started requesting and then instructing pieclown as a member of the Institute. Winning the powerball, pieclown took care of the taxes, bills, savings, and tithing. He then contacted Mistress Amber about a possible meeting. She was open to the idea only on her terms. So here was pieclown driving across several states to meet with her.
Hello All. It was several days after I was ask to leave the salon school, that I finally did my bra show. I knew I have better duplicate what the conditions to my best ability.
I had been clothed pinned and plugged at the salon, so I redid this while I started to shave my chest and below the belt.
