Be Careful What You Say

When you are posting comments, you should always be careful what you say, as it may comeback to bite you. For instance, [Stacee Skye][] [commented][1] “Are you sure that is a diaper? It looks more like a pair of old gym shorts to me.” While technically correct, she was out of place. So I reminded her what a real diaper looks like. This picture was taken after I poured two quarts of ice cold water down her diaper:

Pieclown’s Potty Mouth Punishment

Even with disregard for the previous treatments, I wasn’t to eager to punish [Pieclown][]. I was swayed by the overwhelming vote for her punishment, but it wasn’t pushing me to the extreme side. I was even feeling charitable about the slip-shod job of putting the [Rules and Regulations][1] together. Right up until I saw the blatant lie she put at the top of the page:

Maybe I wouldn’t be offended if I *ever* used Internet Explorer to view or administrate the site. (I don’t.)

Maybe I wouldn’t be offended if I actually liked Internet Explorer. (I don’t.)

Maybe I wouldn’t be offended if The Institute ran on Windows PCs. (It doesn’t.)

So, this punishment will work on her potty mouth. The good news is there are no treatments in this punishment. The bad news is she will wish there were.

Documenting the Rules

Since the time [Pieclown][] joined The Institute I have been teaching her the rules—what to do an how to behave. This information is spread across a series of emails, [posts about rules][0] and probably half a dozen other places. And now she will be collecting it in a set of [Rules and Regulations][1].

[Pieclown][], your assignment is to document all of the rules and regulations that I have taught you (or you have learned through trial and error). This should include all of the processes you currently follow, how to complete an assignment, how to make a website post, and so on. This is a research project. If there are original documents that you do not have access to (that you need), you must ask me for that document specifically. You are not being authorized to come up with new processes (though if you slip them in and I like them, I may keep them). Sensitive information, or information that pertains only to you should be shown as placeholders. Examples include user ids, passwords and prefixes.

I will not by judging your work, rather the quality will be judged when the next client tries to follow your set of rules. (At the current time, I assume this will be Sissy Sarah, assuming she follows through with the rest of her application process by the end of the weekend.) **You will be punished for her mistakes** due to a lack of documentation. The punishments will likely be similar to treatments and will increase in severity for each incident according to the [Fibonacci sequence][2]. (That is 1 day, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days and so on. If your rules are poor and allow her to make 5 mistakes, the 5th will be worth 5 days punishment, for a total of 12 days. If your rules are so horrendous as to allow 10 mistakes, the 10th will earn you 55 days for a total of 143 days of punishment. Almost 4 months of daily punishment. I can assume this is not what you want. If it gets to this point though, you should just assume that you will be wearing at least a bra and panties full time until 2010 **in addition** to your normal assignments and punishments.)

With Crumpets – Chapter 1 – MJ on Fire

As MJ came through the door from her break, she was keenly aware of the vulnerability her condition showed. A bright dress set-off the posture collar and her wrists that were locked to it. The ankle cuffs locked together just above her spiked heels insuring she couldn’t run even if she wanted to. The hood and blindfold ensuring that she couldn’t see who was watching her.

Dream or ?

Pieclown could not believe he was doing this. The recent winner of the power ball was going to do something out of the ordinary. He was driving to meet his mistress. Not some 20 something hottie, but a woman that would put him through the ringer. Amber Shummer was this woman. Pieclown had met her a few years back, on the web site Institute of Crossdresser Punishment. She was in charge there and started requesting and then instructing pieclown as a member of the Institute. Winning the powerball, pieclown took care of the taxes, bills, savings, and tithing. He then contacted Mistress Amber about a possible meeting. She was open to the idea only on her terms. So here was pieclown driving across several states to meet with her.

A New Nightie

Soon after [Stacee Skye][] got home, I had her pop in some forms and try on her new nightie from Mistress M. I think she turned out pretty cute in it and depending on how Mistress M likes it, she may be seeing a lot more of it.

She’s Late

[Stacee Skye][] is late. How late? I have no idea. Apparently having Mistress M dress her before she left wasn’t enough incentive to get her here on time. So she will be well punished when she finally gets here–then the training can begin. I think I’ll use a modified version of my traveling dress for her (including some of the punishment items). She will be punished in this method for the square of the number of minutes she was late. So if she is fifteen minutes late, each minute will cost her 15 minutes for a total of 225 minutes (Three hours, forty-five minutes). A half hour past due and she will be in for 15 hours straight. She had better hope she gets here soon.

**Update:** [Stacee Skye][] finally got here at 5:21, 21 minutes late. Since I was feeling generous, I credited her with one minute for stopping to get the mail, one minute for picking up the paper, and three minutes for being thoughtful and bringing me a gift that will help her punishment get started immediately. Still, four hours, sixteen minutes will be a very, very long time.

pieclown: Big Ball Slut

Hello all, this posting is in response to the assignment [Hard as a Rock](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2009/01/hard_as_a_rock). Not the AC/DC song Big Balls.

Some of you that have read through the Institute know that this is also based on the on idea of [Heavy Knockers](http://institute.cdpunishment.com/2007/02/heavy_knockers).
I was required to get some bowling balls and use them instead of balloons. My thought was I would be checking thrift stores and second hand sports equipment. I took a chance and check

I got lucky and found the bowling balls on sale for five dollars each.

Getting Hosed

Well, I can see that [Pieclown][] has at least started on fixing the problems from last time. (She logged on and updated the first part of her post less than an hour after I posted the initial grade.) Unfortunately, she doesn’t appear to be anywhere close to finishing her remedial assignment, so starting Monday the 12th, she will be wearing pantyhose any time she is wearing panties. If the assignment isn’t finished, the clothes will continue to pile on.

Oh yeah, I should also mention that enforcement will be stepped up on the “acknowledgment rule”. Anytime an assignment is given, a punishment is noted, or grade is bestowed, that action shall be acknowledged and accepted in the same manner as originally sent. (If it is given in email, reply via email. If it is posted here, reply with a comment.) It shall also be completed as soon as possible, but no later than the *first* time it is seen by the client.
